WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE SHIP?

Most orders ship within 2 to 3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends.) Once your order has shipped you will receive an order confirmation via email with tracking information

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We now ship world wide ! Please note that there might be extra fees if you are international !

WHEN WILL I BE ABLE TO PICKUP MY ORDER IF IM LOCAL?

Orders are ready in appropriately 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready to pick up. 

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CRUELTY FREE?

We are proud to say that all of our products are 100% cruelty free !

DO YOU TAKE RETURNS?

We do NOT take returns or exchanges for sanitary reasons.

DO YOU DO REFUNDS?

There are absolutely no refunds under any circumstances. We prepare and pack your orders with love and lots of care. Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier and they have full possession over your items, we are no longer responsible for any missing or damaged packages. If you have yet to receive a tracking number after 5 days, please contact us at tournesolcosmeticss@gmail.com and we will send you your tracking info as soon as we can ! If there are no tracking updates, or you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, or you receive a damaged package, we suggest filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
